Introduction

Experiencing new cultures can result in a positive journey. Athletes and tourists will encounter different beliefs, customs, laws, language, values, and societal behavioral. Along with art, religion, and social structures, these elements form a unique culture. Thus, cross-cultural awareness pertains to a better understanding of yourself and the host country.
